We are seeking an experienced EHS Trainer & Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process Industry, or Heavy Engineering/Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering international certification programs, corporate bespoke training, EHS consulting services, audits, and managing client-specific safety projects while ensuring compliance with organizational QHSE standards.
- Deliver international certification training programs including NEBOSH Level 3 and Level 6 qualifications.
- Conduct IOSH certification courses for corporate and individual participants.
- Deliver customized corporate EHS training programs based on approved client scope and schedules.
- Conduct training programs on Fire Safety, First Aid, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Behaviour Based Safety (BBS), Lifting & Rigging, Defensive Driving, Scaffold Safety, and other EHS-related topics.
- Carry out EHS and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) audits as per client requirements and ensure timely submission of comprehensive audit reports.
- Provide EHS consulting services including Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) implementation and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management system implementation.
- Support delivery of additional EHS consulting assignments based on business and client requirements.
- Develop new trainer packs, training materials, presentations, and review existing learning content to ensure quality and relevance.
- Maintain high standards of training delivery through effective classroom management and participant engagement.
- Ensure all training, consulting, and audit activities are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Follow organizational discipline, maintain target-oriented performance, and actively support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and QHSE management system requirements.
- Support the organization in achieving and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) objectives.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to team development whenever required.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or International Diploma (IDIP) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Valid First Aid certification from St. John Ambulance, American Heart Association (AHA), or an equivalent recognized organization.
- Certified IOSH Member.
- Train the Trainer certification.
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.
- LEEA certification in Lifting & Rigging.
- STI Scaffold Train the Trainer certification.
- Certification in Defensive Driving.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in EHS training, consulting, and auditing.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Process Industry, Heavy Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in delivering corporate training programs and international certification courses.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, environmental management systems, and international safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
