Padchin is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website’s search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility on Google and other search engines
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly
- Perform on-page SEO including meta tags, titles, descriptions, internal linking, and image optimization
- Manage off-page SEO activities such as backlink building and outreach campaigns
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with developers if needed
- Track rankings, traffic growth, and SEO KPIs; provide regular performance reports
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with e-commerce or business websites
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
