About the Role: We are looking for a highly energetic and target-driven Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in high-volume hiring. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various non-IT profiles, with a strong focus on sourcing talent for manufacturing facilities and plant operations, ensuring staffing targets are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist blue-collar and white-collar candidates for plant and manufacturing roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct high-volume telephonic screens and line up candidates for interviews.
- Organize and manage walk-in drives, local hiring camps, and community outreach.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific bulk-hiring requirements and shift timelines for factory operations.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, daily reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Negotiate salaries and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a Recruiter, focusing on non-IT bulk or mass hiring.
- Strong Preference: Prior experience specifically in manufacturing, factory, or plant hiring.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods for shop-floor and plant supervisor roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
