We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to identify potential e-commerce brands, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and helping brands scale their online sales across marketplaces and D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential e-commerce brands and sellers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable e-commerce solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, marketplace policies, and industry developments.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
