Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day activities on the work site to make sure builders follow the approved plans.
- Drawing & BOQ Interpretation: Read technical drawings, layouts, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ—a list of materials and costs).
- Vendor & Labor Management: Hire and direct contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters.
- Quality Control: Check that all finished work meets quality rules and safety standards.
- Timeline Tracking: Keep the project on schedule and solve on-site problems quickly to avoid delays.
Common Job Titles
- Interior Site Supervisor: Focuses on daily on-site work and worker coordination.
- Project Manager – Interior Execution: Handles budgeting, planning, client meetings, and overall project delivery.
- Project Executive: Supports planning, tracking, and basic vendor coordination. [1]
Core Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of practical field or on-site experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of materials, reading blueprints, problem-solving, and communication.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering is often preferred
Pay: ₹16,266.80 - ₹59,962.24 per month
