Position: Customer Relationship Executive.
Job Skills: We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage our in-house customers.
- Must have good English written and verbal skills.
- Graduate in any discipline
- Added advantage for Candidates Residing in West Bangalore
- Must have own two wheeler
- Prior experience of an year (plus point)
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Email applications such as MS Outlook
- Support to Customers via Call, Mail etc.
- Generating reports for the Customers
- Publishing Information of the Customers to the Parents
- Daily Reporting to their respective PMO’s
- Day to Day interaction with our Customers.
Job Involves:
Keeping the customers happy by addressing to their needs and queries spontaneously should be the main focus.
Quick learner of our Tool and capability of resolving Tab related issues.
Training will be provided on the Tool and Tab.
