We are a private limited company engaged in the business of manufacture of drinking water supply pipes and execution of infrastructure projects & Roads Project having head office at Hyderabad. We are in need of a Tender Coordinator The candidate should have completed B.Tech ,BE ,Diploma in (Civil ) with minimum working experience of 3 years preferably in similar type of business organization. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Checking tenders for Road works, Water works and Sewerage works of different states in India and give a brief detail about eligibility , scope of work and also prepare key points from bid document ( i.e., Payment terms, Security Deposit, Taxes, Mobilization Advance, Price adjustment etc).
3. Send business Enquiries to the corresponding vendors (i.e., manufacturers of Pipes, Valves, Pumps, Instrumentation, Electrical etc) in order to receive quotations from them.
4. Preparation of Technical Documents for bidding as per Bid Document.
5. Upload all the technical documents online in order to submit the bid
6. Apply for Contractor Registration in different states if necessary / Renewal the registrations of different states.
