Urgent Requirement – Senior Service Advisor
We are hiring an experienced Senior Service Advisor for our Automotive Dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer service interactions and vehicle service consultations
✅ Prepare job cards and explain repair requirements to customers
✅ Coordinate with workshop teams for timely vehicle delivery
✅ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
✅ Follow up on pending jobs and customer feedback
✅ Achieve service and value-added service targets
Requirements:
✔ Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
✔ Strong customer handling and communication skills
✔ Technical knowledge of automobiles and service processes
✔ Ability to manage customer concerns professionally
✔ Computer proficiency and dealership software knowledge preferred
Location: Kollam
Experience:
3–8 Years (Automotive Dealership Preferred)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
