We are looking for energetic and confident Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who enjoy speaking with customers and want to build a career in international B2B SaaS sales.
Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for connecting with prospective international customers through outbound calls, qualifying their business requirements, and scheduling product demonstrations for the Business Development team. This role requires excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling conversations, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 6 months in Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Support, Telecalling, or a similar role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in speaking with international clients over calls and emails.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, software products, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
