Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- BAMS / Diploma in Ayurveda / Certified Ayurvedic Counsellor
- OR Wellness background with Ayurveda exposure
- 1–2 years of experience (freshers acceptable if strong communication)
Role:
To counsel patients on Men's sexual health concerns using Ayurvedic principles, build trust, and monitor the effectiveness of the treatment programs, under the supervision of a qualified Physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide stigma-free counselling for men with sexual health concerns.
- Address common conditions such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, etc.
- Offer lifestyle advice when necessary.
- Promote early detection of underlying health issues linked to sexual dysfunction, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
- Maintain patient and counselling records
- Ensure patient confidentiality
Clinical Support (Non-prescriptive)
- Understand patient history (lifestyle, diet, stress, sleep)
- Explain Ayurvedic concepts (dosha imbalance, lifestyle correction)
Job role involves intercity travelling to one or two additional cities
Salary: Rs. 18000- 21000/- per month
+
Travelling: Within the city, travelling 3500/- per month
+
TA /DA outstation: as per company policy for travel between Amritsar and Ludhiana
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
