The Clinical Application Specialist is responsible for providing clinical support, product demonstrations, training, and education to customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong clinical knowledge in dialysis and CRRT, along with the ability to build relationships and deliver high-quality customer support.
Clinical Support & Customer Engagement:

Provide clinical support including product demonstrations, post-installation assistance, and end-user training.

Address and resolve clinical queries from customers in a timely and professional manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Training and Education

Design and execute structured training programs for external customers.

Conduct ongoing clinical training sessions for the sales team and channel partners/resellers.

Organize and lead Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and planned monthly engagement activities.
Clinical Expertise & Knowledge Management

Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in dialysis and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).

Act as a subject matter expert for clinical applications related to the company’s products.

A bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience

Strong clinical knowledge in dialysis and CRRT.
