About the Property
Bright Meadow Dam View Resort is a peaceful 6-room homestay in Munnar, offering guests a comfortable and welcoming stay amidst nature. We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Full-Time Caretaker to manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Overall supervision and day-to-day management of the 6-room homestay
Coordinating and supervising housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of rooms and common areas
Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and basic guest assistance
Monitoring property upkeep, minor repairs, and reporting major maintenance needs
Managing staff duty schedules and ensuring discipline and teamwork
Maintaining basic records related to guests, supplies, and staff attendance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience as a caretaker, property manager, or in hospitality (preferred)
Ability to manage staff and handle guests politely and professionally
Basic knowledge of housekeeping and property maintenance
Good communication skills (English/Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage)
Honest, responsible, and willing to stay on or near the property
Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day challenges

Full-time role

Competitive salary based on experience
