Coremech Projects Pvt. Ltd. provides IT Infrastructure, Networking, IP Telephony, Security, and ELV support services to corporate, commercial, residential, and institutional clients. We are looking for a technically competent and customer-focused professional to support and manage client IT environments, project execution activities, and field service operations.
Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure & Projects Executive will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support for client IT infrastructure, networking, IP telephony, and security systems. The role involves project execution, vendor coordination, technician supervision, preventive maintenance, and ensuring timely resolution of client support requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to client locations.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and Windows-based systems.
- Manage and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and network infrastructure.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Matrix IP EPABX systems, SIP trunks, IP phones, and related telephony solutions.
- Install, maintain, and support Access Control Systems, Biometric Attendance Systems, and related security solutions.
- Support installation and troubleshooting of CCTV surveillance systems and network video recorders.
- Coordinate and supervise field technicians during project execution, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct site visits, site surveys, preventive maintenance, and client support activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, internet service providers, and service partners for support and project-related requirements.
- Maintain service reports, technical documentation, asset records, and project documentation.
- Assist in project planning, BOQ preparation, technical submissions, and tender follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests, project milestones, and client commitments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional service delivery.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware and Windows Operating Systems.
- Good understanding of Networking concepts including TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Hands-on experience with Matrix IP EPABX systems and IP Telephony solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client support and vendor coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Access Control Systems and Biometric Solutions.
- Knowledge of CCTV and IP Surveillance Systems.
- Experience in project coordination and field service management.
- Exposure to government, commercial, residential, or corporate projects.
- Basic understanding of tender documentation and technical proposals.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client assignments.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and project sites as required.
- Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in IT support companies, system integrators, networking firms, or ELV solution providers will be preferred.
Salary: Best in Industry, based on experience and technical competency.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
