About the Role
We are seeking an agile, people-centric HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience to manage our end-to-end, holistic HR operations. In this role, you will own the entire employee lifecycle—from sourcing top talent and scaling onboarding to driving performance management and maintaining a vibrant workplace culture. You will serve as a trusted partner to team leads and a reliable advocate for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entry-to-mid-level hiring pipeline, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer delivery.
- Brand Ambassador: Build modern recruitment campaigns to position our company as an employer of choice.
- Welcoming Onboarding: Design, update, and host interactive orientation schedules that help new hires feel included from day one.
2. Employee Relations & Culture
- Trusted Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, conducting neutral, objective workplace investigations when needed.
- Culture & Engagement: Plan and roll out engagement strategies, wellness initiatives, and team-building events that boost morale and retention.
- Feedback Loops: Conduct regular pulse surveys and exit interviews, translating feedback into actionable culture-building steps.
3. Performance & Talent Development
- Appraisal Management: Coordinate our annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring fair, goal-oriented tracking.
- L&D Coordination: Work with department heads to map skill gaps and source professional development programs for teams.
- Performance Tracking: Support managers in building constructive Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
4. Operations, Compliance & Systems
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all internal company policies strictly align with updated local labor laws and statutory guidelines.
- HRIS & Payroll Admin: Manage daily employee records inside our HRIS and partner closely with Finance for seamless monthly payroll execution.
- HR Data Reporting: Build simple, clean dashboards tracking key metrics like time-to-hire, attrition rate, and engagement data for leadership review.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience working in an HR Generalist or fully holistic HR operations environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- HR Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience using HRIS databases (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Zoho) and ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Labor Knowledge: Solid grasp of local labor regulations, compliance requirements, and employee relations practices.
- Communication Mastery: Elite verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of handling high-stress mediation.
- Preferred Perks: Professional HR credentials (like SHRM-CP or PHR) or an MBA in HR is a strong plus.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
