Ronish Bioceuticals, an ISO & WHO-GMP Certified Company, is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing & AI Video Specialist for its newly launched D2C brands.
We are seeking a candidate with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, AI-powered promotional video creation, and WhatsApp Automation, with the ability to plan, execute, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Google Ads Expertise: Hands-on experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads, Shopping Ads, Demand Gen, Remarketing, and Conversion-focused campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Experience in managing and growing social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- AI Promotional Video Creation: Ability to create engaging promotional, branding, product, and advertisement videos using modern AI video and content creation tools.
- WhatsApp Marketing & Automation: Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business/API automation, automated customer journeys, lead nurturing, broadcast campaigns, follow-ups, and conversion workflows.
- B2C Digital Marketing: Experience in planning and executing digital marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences, preferably with exposure to D2C brands.
- Campaign Optimization & Analytics: Ability to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, optimize ROAS/ROI, reduce customer acquisition costs, and improve conversions.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Strong understanding of digital funnels, audience targeting, remarketing, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Creative & Growth Mindset: Ability to identify new digital marketing opportunities, test creatives/audiences, and use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
Preference will be given to candidates who can independently handle digital campaigns, social media profiles, AI-based creative production, and marketing automation for growing D2C brands.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
