Job Summary
Ecolo Store is looking for a Fulfillment Executive to manage order fulfillment operations, inventory coordination, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking. The role requires ensuring smooth execution of customer orders while maintaining accurate inventory records and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company-wise inventory records.
- Coordinate product sourcing and availability for order fulfillment.
- Manage packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and vendors for smooth operations.
- Monitor order status, delivery assurance, and issue resolution.
- Maintain fulfillment reports and inventory documentation.
- Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.
Required Skills
- Basic communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Good organizational and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of order processing, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a similar role. (Freshers with good knowledge of Logistics, E-Commerce Order Processing, Inventory Management, Stock Tracking, and Order Fulfillment can apply)
- Immediate joiners preferred.
