Role Summary:
We are hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager who can manage social media and execute paid ad campaigns( both Google and META). This is an execution-focused, in-office role for someone who understands real campaign performance and takes ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Execute and optimize Meta (FB/Instagram) Ads & basic Google Ads
Track leads, CPL, CTR, and continuously improve campaign results
Support digital lead generation and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
2–3 years of practical experience in social media & paid ad Campaigns
Strong working knowledge of Meta & Google Ads Manager
Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently
