Key Responsibilities:
- Procuring Rice from Rice Mills from Various Region in India based on Customer Requirement.
- Procuring Packing Bags based on Customer Requirement.
- Sale of Rice to International Buyers or Importers In different Countries.
- Evaluate Suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability of supply.
- Manage procurement process, from order placement to delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future Rice requirements.
- Prepare detailed procurement reports and maintain accurate records
- Maintains KYC Documents of Exporters and Importers
- Export Order Procurement, Negotiate Payment Terms, enter Purchase and Sales Contract
- Coordinated with customs house agents and freight forwarders for smooth logistics.
- Managed export shipping documentation, from contract finalisation to Bill of Lading surrender.
- Oversee end-to-end Export Operations from Preparation and Processing Export documentation ,according to customs regulations ensuring compliance with international trade regulations to facilitate smooth international shipments.
Requirements:
- 2-3 yrs experience in Procurement/Purchase or Trading Of Rice.
- Strong understanding and experience of Exports Procedures from Order Procurement till delivery of goods.
- Existing Relationship with Rice Buyers or Importers from different Countries.
- Willingness to travel for Procurement Or Sales Of Rice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
