Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP SCPI / CPI Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAPIntegration Suite, iFlow design, API-led integration, message mapping, security, monitoring and enterprise integrationpatterns.The consultant will work closely with SAP functional consultants, solution architects, ABAP developers, businessstakeholders and external system teams to design, build, test and support integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms.The role requires strong hands-on capability, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to convert business andfunctional requirements into robust integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Integration Discovery and Requirement Understanding
● Participate in client discovery workshops to understand business processes, integration requirements, source and targetsystems, data flows, frequency, volumes and exception scenarios.
● Analyse integration needs across SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP Commerce, OMS, CRM, planning systems, logistics systems,dealer portals, e-commerce platforms, analytics platforms and third-party applications.
● Translate business and functional requirements into integration design inputs, interface inventory, integration specificationsand mapping documents.
● Identify synchronous, asynchronous, batch, event-based and API-led integration patterns appropriate for each businessscenario.2. SCPI / CPI Design and Development
● Design, develop and configure iFlows in SAP CPI / SAP Cloud Integration for inbound and outbound integrations.
● Work with adapters and protocols such as HTTPS, OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, RFC, JMS, Mail and other relevantintegration channels.
● Create and maintain message mappings, value mappings, content modifiers, routers, splitters, aggregators, exceptionsubprocesses and integration flows.
● Develop scripts and transformations using Groovy, JavaScript, XSLT, XML, JSON and related technologies where required.
● Ensure iFlows are reusable, maintainable, well-documented and aligned with enterprise integration standards.3. SAP and Non-SAP Integration
● Support integrations between SAP S/4HANA / ECC and external platforms for master data, order processing, delivery,dispatch, billing, inventory, logistics, pricing, allocation and reporting processes.Confidential - Recruitment Use OnlyHyvx | SAP CX AI
● Define integration touchpoints with SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, QM, WM/EWM, TM, SAP Commerce, SAP IBP/APO, SAPEvent Mesh, CRM and external systems.
● Work with ABAP teams for IDoc, RFC, proxy, BAPI, OData and custom enhancement requirements.
● Coordinate with external vendors and client IT teams to align API specifications, connectivity, payload structures and testingtimelines.4. API, Security and Connectivity Management
● Configure secure connectivity using certificates, keystores, OAuth, basic authentication, client credentials, SAML, mTLS orother approved mechanisms.
● Support API-led integration using SAP API Management or equivalent tools where required.
● Understand and implement payload validation, authentication, authorization, encryption, secure file transfer and endpointgovernance requirements.
● Work with network, basis, security and infrastructure teams to resolve connectivity, firewall, certificate and authenticationissues.5. Monitoring, Error Handling and Support
● Set up effective monitoring, logging, alerting and exception handling for integration flows.
● Troubleshoot message failures, mapping issues, connectivity errors, payload mismatches, performance bottlenecks andproduction incidents.
● Define retry, reprocessing, error notification and support procedures for critical interfaces.
● Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities for integration workstreams.6. Documentation and Stakeholder Collaboration
● Prepare technical integration design documents, interface specifications, mapping sheets, test cases, deployment notes andsupport handover documents.
● Collaborate with business users, SAP functional consultants, solution architects, developers, testers and project managers toensure smooth delivery.
● Participate in design reviews, integration playback sessions and status discussions with internal and client teams.
● Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure timely closure of assigned deliverables.Required Skills & Experience
● 5+ years of experience in SAP integration projects, with strong hands-on experience in SAP SCPI / SAP CPI / SAPIntegration Suite.
● Strong understanding of integration patterns including API-led, event-driven, file-based, real-time, near-real-time and batchintegrations.
● Hands-on experience in designing and developing iFlows, message mappings, groovy scripts, exception handling andadapter configurations.
● Good knowledge of SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData, SOAP, REST, proxy, XML, JSON, XSDand WSDL.
● Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA or ECC with external systems such as OMS, e-commerce, CRM, TMS, WMS,planning, finance, tax, banking, analytics or third-party cloud platforms.
● Understanding of SAP functional processes across SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, logistics or supply chain will be an advantage.
● Ability to work with certificates, keystores, OAuth, mTLS, authentication mechanisms, connectivity setup and secure dataexchange.
● Experience in testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI or equivalent API testing utilities.
● Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyse logs, payloads, mappings, runtime errors and message monitoringoutputs.
● Ability to work independently in client-facing environments and deliver high-quality integration outcomes.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
