Minimum 2 yrs of experience is required
Must have IT experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on client handling.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
Understand the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company.
Evaluate candidate skills, understanding of different Technologies and key responsibility areas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Negotiate salary and manage candidates compensation expectations.
Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing candidates and generating new leads.
Should contain a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
