- Handle end-to-end fleet hiring activities and vendor coordination.
- Manage driver/fleet onboarding process and required documentation.
- Coordinate with operations team for vehicle placement and manpower availability.
- Maintain hiring tracker, joining status, and deployment records.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of fleet/manpower requirements.
- Follow up with vendors and drivers for smooth onboarding.
- Support daily operational activities related to fleet management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations preferred.
- Knowledge of onboarding/document verification processes.
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
