Raries is a custom book printing business serving customers across the world. We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and responsible Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design team, create high-quality visuals, and ensure every customer order meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Design high-quality book covers, interiors, marketing creatives, and other visual assets
- Review and maintain the quality of all designs before they are delivered to customers
- Prepare and adjust files for professional printing, ensuring they meet print specifications and quality standards
- Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of junior graphic designers
- Handle customer communication professionally with clients from India and around the world
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs
- Prioritize and manage expedited orders while ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality
- Use Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, video editing tools, and AI image generation tools to create compelling visual content
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design projects
- Organize design files, maintain documentation, and keep projects well-structured
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects from concept to final delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and increase team productivity
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software
- Experience using AI image generation tools (such as Midjourney, Flux, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Experience preparing print-ready artwork and making print production adjustments (bleed, margins, CMYK conversion, resolution, file setup, and pre-press checks) is a strong advantage
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work
- Experience managing or mentoring junior designers
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable communicating directly with international customers
- Highly responsible, accountable, and capable of working independently
- Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to perform well under deadlines, especially for urgent customer orders
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
