- Support implementation of the Planview tool by working with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure proper configuration, integration, and smooth deployment.
- Conduct regular meetings with business teams to capture and validate requirements.
- Stay current with new features and capabilities of the Planview tool and guide business teams on leveraging these functionalities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for business processes for Planview-related initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate with IT supplier vendors to configure the tool according to business needs.
- Monitor and support Planview-related tickets raised by IT suppliers, including monthly ticket reviews.
- Create and manage ServiceNow tickets to facilitate activities across IT cross-functional teams.
- Participate in interface specification development, testing, and implementation by collaborating with business teams, IT suppliers, and software vendors.
- Support IT suppliers with statement of work sign-off, purchase order release, and invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and security measures for user account management.
- Address end-user queries by coordinating with IT suppliers and business process owners.
- Collaborate with the BI team for dashboard development, requirement gathering, and testing across cross-functional teams.
- Assist the communication team by providing technical and process-related information for end-user updates, including new feature rollouts and system downtime notifications.
- Monitor end-user query ticketing systems with IT suppliers to identify patterns and opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee routine Planview operations, including daily system updates, interface job execution, and system health checks.
- Provide support for any ad hoc activities related to Planview and its connected tools
