About Us
Eraya Style is a personalized jewelry and gifting brand with 1 lakh+ orders delivered. All packing and dispatch happens in-house at our Ghitorni facility.
Role
- Pick and pack daily orders: jewelry, keychains, photo lamps, mugs and gifting items
- Check each personalized product against the order before packing (name spelling, photo, engraving)
- Gift-wrap and pack items securely so nothing breaks in transit
- Print and paste courier labels, update dispatch status on our system
- Hand over parcels to courier pickup and maintain daily dispatch count
- Manage packing material stock and keep the packing area clean
- Handle returns: check condition, sort and restock
Requirements
- 10th pass or above
- 0 to 2 years experience in packing, dispatch or warehouse work (freshers welcome)
- Good attention to detail, since personalized orders cannot ship with wrong spellings or photos
- Basic smartphone or computer use for updating order status
- Able to read English names and numbers correctly
- Fast and reliable, comfortable with high-volume days during festivals and sales
- Should live in or near Ghitorni, Chhatarpur, Sultanpur, Aya Nagar or nearby areas
