Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business goals while maintaining operational excellence and a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
- Prepare employee schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
- Build customer loyalty through excellent service and engagement.
Financial Management
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily reconciliations.
- Control store expenses and minimize losses.
- Prepare operational and sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Skills
- Retail sales management experience.
- Inventory and stock control expertise.
