Job Description – HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for internal hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate management from hiring to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and follow up on submitted profiles
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR discussions and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process until joining
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring coordination
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent databases
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic knowledge of onboarding and joining formalities
Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in handling multiple open positions simultaneously
- Experience working with recruitment consultants and external vendors
- Strong ability to manage timelines and follow-ups efficiently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
