About the Role
We’re hiring an AI Lead to build and scale agentic AI systems—autonomous solutions for that reason, plan, and execute tasks. You’ll drive AI architecture across LLMs, ML, and production infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems
· Design LLM pipelines (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI)
· Develop and optimize RAG pipelines
· Implement tool integrations (APIs, DBs, services)
· Define agent memory and context handling
· Build & deploy ML models (classification, ranking, anomaly detection)
· Establish MLOps pipelines (tracking, monitoring, versioning)
· Fine-tune and optimize models (LoRA, quantization)
· Mentor engineers and lead design decisions
Required Qualifications
8-10 years in software engineering; 4+ years in AI/ML
· Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
· Proven expertise in agentic/autonomous AI systems
· Proficiency in Python and frameworks (Lang Chain, AutoGen, Crew AI)
· Experience with vector DBs and RAG architectures
· Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Core ML Skills
· Supervised & unsupervised learning
· PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost
· NLP, transformers, embeddings
· Model evaluation (F1, AUC) & feature engineering
· Scalable processing (Spark/Dask)
Tech Stack
Languages: Python, TypeScript
AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral Data: Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Elasticsearch MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform
