Assistant Area Sales Manager (AAM)
Qualification: Graduate Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Min 3-year experience in team handling) Age: Min 27 Years – Max 35 Years CTC: Current CTC 5–7 LPA | Up to 8 LPA
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Area Manager (AAM) with strong experience in direct face-to-face sales and team management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading field sales teams, and consistently achieving targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance and achieve assigned revenue targets within the designated territory
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of minimum 10 field sales executives
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide on-ground support
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure target achievement
Ensure strong customer acquisition and retention
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Maintain discipline, productivity, and performance standards within the team
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and target fulfillment
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5 years of direct face-to-face selling experience
Currently managing a team of at least 10 members (preferably direct sales team)
Strong field sales background with a target-driven approach
Proven leadership and team-handling capability
Stable career history with consistent performance record
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Industry Background
Retail | FMCG | NBFC | Telecom | Direct Sales
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
