Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Freight Brokerage experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of DAT and freight operations
Responsibilities:
- Source and book freight loads
- Negotiate rates with carriers and customers
- Track shipments and ensure smooth operations
- Build and maintain carrier relationships
