We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can connect with potential customers, handle incoming queries, follow up on leads, recover abandoned orders, and drive sales through outbound calling. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — and you'll play a direct role in growing the brand.
Key Responsibilities:-
Outbound Calling — Lead Conversion
- Call leads generated from Meta ads, Google ads, and website inquiries
- Explain the product clearly — what it is, how it works, and why they need it
- Convert warm leads into paying customers by guiding them to complete their order on itsmything.in
- Follow up with leads who showed interest but didn't purchase (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 follow-up cycle)
Inbound Calls & WhatsApp Support
- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages from customers
- Handle product queries, pricing questions, order status, and shipping updates
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues to the team.
- Database & Reporting
- Maintain a daily call log with lead status (Interested / Follow-up / Converted / Not Interested)
- Update CRM or Google Sheet after every call
- Submit daily call report to the team lead — total calls, conversions, follow-ups pending
- Must Have:
- Clear and confident phone communication skills
- Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day
- Basic smartphone skills — WhatsApp, Google Sheets, calling apps
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to handle rejection politely and stay motivated
Good to Have:
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience (even internship)
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or product sales
- Basic understanding of how online shopping works
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Fluency in English or any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali) is a plus for multi-region calling.
