Field Executive
Job Summary
Rayonix Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Executives to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, conducting site visits, coordinating installations, collecting documents, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer locations for site surveys, inspections, and project coordination.
- Meet prospective and existing customers to explain the company's products and services.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding installations, service requests, and payments.
- Prepare and submit daily field visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Ensure company policies and service standards are followed during field visits.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications.
- Ability to travel extensively for field visits.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
- Experience: 0–3 years in Field Sales, Field Operations, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Familiarity with the local area and routes.
- Experience in the solar, energy, electrical, or related industry will be an added advantage.

Work Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Faridabad
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or as per field requirements)
