Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Guide students in selecting suitable colleges and courses.
- Follow up with prospective students until admission is completed.
- Maintain student records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
