Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination and candidate follow-ups
- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counselling sessions
- Convince and guide candidates/students regarding training programs and career opportunities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities
- Prepare reports, MIS, and data management using MS Office tools
- Support management in office coordination and communication activities
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, counselling, and convincing abilities
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and administrative skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in counselling training students or educational counselling will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in HR/Admin roles preferred
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
