Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and real estate regulations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or CP Firms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics is preferred.
