Job Summary
The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role involves preparing architectural concepts, construction drawings, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting project execution from concept to completion while maintaining quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for real estate projects.
- Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Optimize land utilization while ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
- Review and modify designs based on project requirements and management feedback.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants.
- Work closely with the Projects, Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings.
- Resolve architectural and technical issues during project execution.
- Construction Support
- Review shop drawings and material specifications.
- Provide technical clarifications to site engineers and contractors.
- Monitor architectural quality and adherence to design intent.
- Recommend corrective actions for deviations identified during site inspections.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated architectural drawings and revision records.
- Prepare design presentations and project reports.
- Submit periodic progress reports to management.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Experience with builder/developer organizations is preferred.
- Exposure to township, plotted developments, and high-rise projects is desirable.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- Revit (preferred)
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of BIM concepts is an advantage.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
- Master's Degree in Architecture is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
