Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement of ELV/IBMS (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Networking and related equipment.)
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) as per project or department requirements.
- Collect quotations, compare rates and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Track delivery schedules and ensure timely inward of materials with proper documentation.
- Maintain regular vendor communication and follow-ups to ensure timely supply.
- Maintain purchase records, order tracking sheets, and documentation in MIS/Excel.
- Assist in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation for domestic purchases.
- Coordinate internally with projects, technical, and stores teams for purchase requirements and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation such as GRN, invoices, delivery challans, and purchase records.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and deliveries simultaneously
