- Following up with customers for feedback or payments
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Patience and ability to handle rejection
- Active listening and problem-solving
Types of Telecaller Roles
- Sales Telecaller – Focus on selling products/services
- Customer Support Executive – Solve customer issues
- Lead Generation Executive – Collect customer data for sales teams
- Collection Telecaller – Follow up on payments
Qualifications
- Usually 12th pass or graduate
- Prior experience is a plus but not always required
