Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate HCC coding and RAF capture
- Apply CMS-HCC and ICD-10-CM guidelines
- Conduct audits and support RADV readiness
- Identify documentation gaps
- Provide coding guidance, training, and escalation support
Requirements:
- Certification: CPC / CRC
- Strong experience in HCC / Risk Adjustment (Medicare Advantage / ACA)
- Knowledge of CMS-HCC models, RAF, and ICD-10
- Experience in auditing and QA
