About the job
Supports the effective delivery of Technology Source-to-Pay activities by monitoring and tracking investments & operation budget, supplier performance, service levels, run procurement processes, and associated project and operational activities.
The role provides analysis, issue tracking, reporting, and coordination across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to improve efficiency and track budget and commercial outcomes.
This is a hands-on role focused on analysis, process coordination, governance support, and driving actions through to completion.
Key Responsibilities, Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead, analyse and evaluate Tech Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities to track and improve efficiency.
Run and monitor procurement, supplier, service, project, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Act as a routine contact for suppliers and stakeholders, supporting issue resolution, governance, and operational review meetings.
Handle support S2P requests, investigate issues, and log, track, report, and escalate incidents, risks, or performance concerns where needed.
Support purchase requisition processes, invoice validation, and adherence to procurement controls and standards.
Maintain SoW, investments, invoices, GR etc. data
Produce reporting, dashboards, governance packs, and insights for decision-makers to support both BAU operations and project delivery.
Contribute to documentation, standards, planning, governance, and continuous improvement across procurement, project and service functions.
Lead continues improvement projects as assigned by management
