ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Systems & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the modernisation of our business operations from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end digital transformation journey — from analysing existing workflows and implementing ERP systems to building data dashboards and driving organisation-wide technology adoption. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will shape the long-term digital roadmap and work hands-on with every department to deliver measurable operational improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study, document, and improve business processes across all departments to eliminate bottlenecks, redundancies, and manual effort
- Evaluate, implement, and manage ERP and business management systems, including deployment, user training, testing, and ongoing support
- Ensure seamless integration between operations, projects, finance, procurement, and HR functions within the ERP environment
- Lead the organisation's transition from paper-based and manual workflows to fully digital, automated processes
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across business functions, including digital approvals, document management, and reporting tools
- Design and maintain systems for project planning, resource tracking, workload management, and deadline visibility
- Develop management dashboards and KPI reports to support leadership decision-making with real-time data
- Streamline finance and administrative workflows including invoicing, billing, collections, and project profitability reporting
- Establish data governance practices and reporting standards across the organisation
- Train employees on new tools and systems, and act as the internal champion for technology adoption and change management
- Manage vendor relationships, system upgrades, and customisations to ensure continuous system performance
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3 to 10 years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems management, operations improvement, or digital transformation roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or comparable systems
- Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement methodologies, and project management principles
- Demonstrated ability to analyse operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders
- Proven experience managing organisational change during system implementations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar data analytics and reporting tools
- Proficiency in business process mapping and SOP development
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms and digital document management tools
- Prior experience working within growing small or medium-sized businesses
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
