Store In-Charge – Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Store In-Charge
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and inventory activities.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Issue materials to departments as per approved requests.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock reports, and inventory documents.
- Coordinate with procurement and suppliers for material availability.
- Track damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and maintain records.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and security standards in the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
