Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – EHS to manage and implement Environment, Health & Safety practices at our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, HIRA/JSA and plant safety rounds.
- Monitor PTW, LOTO, PPE, machine safety and contractor safety.
- Conduct incident/accident investigations and implement CAPA.
- Conduct fire drills, mock drills, toolbox talks and safety training.
- Ensure readiness and inspection of fire-fighting and emergency equipment.
- Maintain EHS documentation, MIS, reports and statutory records.
- Support ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 implementation and audits.
- Monitor environmental compliance and waste management activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, HR and other departments for EHS compliance.
- Drive safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in relevant discipline with Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS/ADIS) preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing / Food / Pharma / Chemical / FMCG industries preferred.
