We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Holiday Expert to join our tourism team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international holiday packages
- Assist customers in selecting the best travel destinations and tour plans
- Create customized holiday itineraries based on client requirements
- Promote tour packages, honeymoon packages, family holidays, and group tours
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, visa team, and local partners
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets for holiday packages
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in travel and tourism / holiday sales
- Good knowledge of international and domestic destinations
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Experience in handling holiday leads and package conversions
- Knowledge of visa and ticketing support is an added advantage
- Ability to work with sales targets
Preferred Skills
- Destination knowledge: UAE, Asia, Europe, Maldives, Thailand, Bali, etc.
- Good itinerary planning skill
- Customer handling and upselling ability
- Travel agency experience preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
