Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in marketing. The trainee will assist in marketing campaigns, market research, content creation, and brand promotion activities while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Help create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain marketing databases and customer records.
- Support brand-building and lead-generation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in marketing is an added advantage.
