What You'll Do
- Act as the central coordination point between departments to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Drive project planning, milestone tracking, and operational reviews from pre-construction to project handover.
- Design and implement audit frameworks for both corporate and project sites, ensuring compliance and process adherence.
- Monitor statutory compliance, maintain risk registers, and support governance initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution and resource availability.
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for leadership.
- Create and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and standardize workflows.
- Ensure customer handover readiness through effective coordination of documentation, approvals, and snag closures.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required (BE Civil, Construction Management, or MBA in Operations preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in Operations within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project coordination, audits, compliance, and process improvement.
- Experience in developing SOPs and implementing operational best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
