Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Education Counsellor to guide prospective students through our Data Science and Python training programs. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with strong communication and counseling skills to convert inquiries into enrollments while maintaining high student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course curriculum, schedules, career outcomes, and fee structure for Data Science and Python programs.
- Assess candidates’ learning needs, goals, and background; recommend appropriate courses or learning paths.
- Manage the admission process end-to-end: application, documentation, fee collection coordination, and enrollment confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations for batch scheduling and student onboarding.
- Follow up with prospective and enrolled students to reduce drop-offs and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in events, webinars, and campus outreach as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in education counseling, admissions in the training/education or IT sector.
- Strong knowledge or familiarity with Data Science and Python training offerings (able to explain basics and career paths).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Persuasive counseling and customer service orientation.
- Good organizational skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM).
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 — ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
