Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Track customer payments, booking advances, and outstanding dues
- Process vendor bills and contractor payments
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Maintain project-wise financial records and cost tracking
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments
- Maintain proper documentation of agreements, invoices, and financial records
- Support payroll processing and expense management
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- 1–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate accounting and project billing
- Knowledge of RERA-related financial processes
- Ability to handle multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MIS reporting
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
