About the job

We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer / QA Architect with strong expertise in test automation, Python, and cloud-based testing to lead our quality engineering function. In this role, you will define QA strategy, build scalable automation frameworks, and lead QA teams, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and performant product releases. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to drive quality across the entire software development lifecycle.

Responsibilties

Define and drive end-to-end QA strategy, processes, and best practices.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects.
Own test planning, execution, and delivery for product releases.
Ensure coverage across: Functional, Regression, Performance, Security testing.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to align quality with business goals.
Implement and manage CI/CD testing pipelines.
Track and report QA metrics, defects, and release quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure high-quality releases in fast-paced Agile environments......

Required Qualification

12+ years in software/product testing (manual + automation)......

Skills

Strong expertise in automation frameworks: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium.

Hands-on experience with Python.

Strong experience in API testing.

Postman / RestAssured.

Deep understanding of: SDLC / STLC Agile / Scrum.

Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins / Azure DevOps / GitLab.

Experience with defect tracking tools: JIRA / TestRail / Zephyr.

Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.

Experience in cloud testing (Azure / AWS / GCP)
