Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer based in Pune/Satara. The Production Engineer will oversee production planning, ensure adherence to quality control standards, and optimize operational processes. The role also involves analyzing production data, troubleshooting inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Proficiency in Quality Control procedures and standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
- Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in dynamic environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Production, or a related field
- Experience in the power plant or manufacturing industry is a plus
