This Telesales Executive role for a car washing service in Bengaluru involves making outbound calls to pitch doorstep car cleaning and detailing packages, qualifying leads, and closing sales. You will also handle customer queries, schedule appointments for the field team, and manage the CRM database.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Make outbound cold/warm calls to prospective car owners across Bengaluru to promote doorstep, mobile, and station-based car wash packages.
- Needs Analysis: Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's vehicle type (e.g., hatchback, sedan, SUV) and specific cleaning needs (interior detailing, foam wash, or ceramic coating).
- Sales Pitching: Clearly explain the features and benefits of subscription plans or one-time detailing services.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Book and schedule appointments, dispatching service teams directly to the customer's location.
- Objection Handling: Address concerns regarding pricing or service quality, overcoming hesitations to close sales.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate logs of calls, follow-ups, and customer preferences in the company's CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Contact existing customers for renewals (e.g., monthly wash subscriptions) and follow up on dormant leads.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, outbound telecalling, or a related customer service role (automotive or service-industry background preferred).
- Language Proficiency: Strong command over English, Kannada, and Hindi to effectively communicate with diverse customers across Bengaluru.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, a highly persuasive tone, and active listening skills.
- Target Driven: Highly motivated to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or lead-tracking applications.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
